The most famous festival of lights in São Paulo starts on December 1st, at Ibirapuera Park

During the end of year, São Paulo is transformed with Christmas decorations scattered throughout the city. And it's not just on Av. Paulista, the busiest in the capital, where the main shows take place.

One of the most awaited events by tourists and residents of São Paulo is the traditional Christmas show, which takes place annually at the fountain in Ibirapuera Park. The light show starts on December 1st and runs daily until January 6th.

For the year 2018, the Link it's the Ministry of Culture came together to promote the show, and among the novelties this year, include a space adapted for access by people with physical and visual disabilities, they will have an audio description, subtitles and pounds app to accompany the show.

Luis Cassio Oliveira, Communication and Marketing director at Elo, says he is very proud to contribute to the realization of such an important event for the city of Sao Paulo, and is optimistic about the partnership. During the period, visitors have the possibility to see the light show daily in three sessions, at 20:30, 21:00 and 21:30.

In addition to the play of lights, between December 14th and 16th, those who visit the place will be able to watch a presentation of Christmas choirs before the show. Due to the large number of estimated spectators, on these days only, two new times will be added to the grid: the first at 19:30 and the other at 20:00.
