The Sheed Aquarium in Chicago allowed penguins to roam free to see the space where they live after quarantine announcement.
Some penguins resident in the Sheed aquarium, in Chicago, had the unusual chance to explore the place where they live. This is because the space, which came into quarantine due to coronavirus, left the animals free to explore the already empty environments, without the presence of visitors.
The scene, filmed by the aquarium, showed the penguins walking curiously through the space, exploring all areas and being amazed by the presence of other animals. The post, of course, went viral on social media. Check out the cute moments starred by the penguins below.

In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, officials at the aquarium said that the “excursion” given to penguins is a healthy activity for the animals. “Without visitors, caregivers are more likely to generate stimuli. This involves taking a walk to see the marine life that they have unknowingly shared facilities with all this time.”
