New attraction in Gramado: the city will open the first chocolate-themed hotel in Brazil

Entrepreneurs Daniela Gallassini and Daniel Rodolfo, owners of Alameda Network, have just announced the launch of chocolate. The hotel will have chocolate as an icon and will be in all environments, including themed suites and a five-meter high chocolate waterfall.

The venture will have its own bean to bar (from bean to bar) – a boutique space where chocolate is made from cocoa to the final product – using the fruit from the Amazon as its raw material, but also from places like Madagascar, Philippines. , among other countries.

“We will also have Chocospa, which will be an area of relaxation and connection with the benefits that cocoa can provide to health”, explains Daniel Rodolfo.

The opening of the first stage is scheduled for Easter 2021. “The chocolate will offer a multi-sensory experience in which chocolate reigns supreme, from the themed suites to the hotel lobby, which will feature a 5-meter high chocolate waterfall”, comments Daniela.

THE themed hotel It will have three areas: the Chateau do Chocolate, a space that will have the signature of the master chocolatier Ricardo Campos; Vila do Cacaueiro (where the Hotel Alameda Paradiso is now located) which will house the themed inns for families; and the new hotel under construction next door, which will have approximately five thousand square meters, including 76 suites with the Chocotel flag.
