Thus, the new bet of the network is being built in full Nations' park, in Lisbon. The area, one of the most modern in the Portuguese capital, is close to points of family interest such as parks, schools and cultural attractions.

The 14-story development, called Martinhal Residence, was designed by renowned Portuguese architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes and will be divided between hotel and high-end residences. Part of the units will be sold as an investment option for Martinhal, while another will be destined for families wishing to live in the country or use it for certain periods.

The luxurious apartments, following the chain's standard, will be fully equipped with appliances and furniture. In addition, they will have high standard services, such as a kids' club, maintenance and cleaning, concierge, laundry, among other amenities. The forecast is that the Martinhal Residence to open in early 2022.
