Arraial d'Ajuda is a village that is part of the city of safe harbor, in the state of Bahia, and to this day it maintains its colonial and indigenous heritage amidst beaches with crystal clear water and preserved Atlantic Forest. How to get to Arraial d'Ajuda
The easiest way to get to the city is via Porto Seguro, where the nearest airport and bus station are. Then it is necessary to cross the Buranhém River by ferry to Arraial d'Ajuda.
The driver must follow the BR-101 to Eunápolis, from where he must take the BR-367 for 32km until Vale Verde, where the road to Arraial d'Ajuda is.

The village is separated from Porto Seguro only by a river, so the climate is the same with sunshine all year round with temperatures between 20°C and 40°C and quick rains in the summer. The high season runs from December to March.
The busiest time of Arraial d'Ajuda is during Carnival and New Year's Eve, during these dates the city usually receives thousands of tourists from the four corners of the world and the streets and beaches of the village are usually crowded.
