Destination 100% ecological, the state of Rondônia offers trail rides in the midst of Amazon rainforest, delicious baths in rivers and waterfalls, there the visitor can also get to know riverside communities and indigenous tribes. A popular destination for “birdwatching” practitioners, the city has been receiving more and more bird watchers and nature admirers, with an increasing number of endemic species being discovered each year.
The scenery is completed with the constant presence of the most varied species, types, shapes and colors of plants, trees, birds, animals and fish that inhabit the region. The state is a mosaic of different cultures, without having a traditional culture, due to the large number of residents coming mainly from São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and Espírito Santo, in addition to other countries.
In cuisine, Amazonian fish and other typical foods from other states such as cheese bread and Minas Gerais flour, Paraná polenta and gaucho barbecue are widely consumed.
The state has a privileged geography, bordering Bolivia, which facilitates access to South American cities considered major tourist centers such as La Paz, Cuzco and Machu Picchu.
