In this region there is also a great concentration of commerce in the Beach Street, which despite the name does not have any sea or sand in its extension, but is very frequented by those who want to shop. In this regard, the Public Market does not disappoint, especially for those who want to enjoy and guarantee some typical Porto Alegre. Not to mention, it is a very pleasant walk, as it is located inside a historic building, which is part of the Historical Heritage of the capital of Rio Grande do Sul.

For the itinerary to be complete, it is worth extending the tour to other important points, such as Praça da Alfândega and Praça da Matriz, where the state government buildings are located, such as the Piratini Palace and the State Assembly. Now, to refresh and breathe some fresh air, or even to rest or have a picnic, Parque Farroupilha, also called Redenção, is perfect and without a doubt one of the reasons that makes Porto Alegre to be considered one of the most wooded of Brazil

The best way for tourists to get around Poá is via the Tourism Line, which offers double-decker buses, with panoramic views, exclusively for travelers, as they pass through the capital's most famous attractions. Passengers are also free to board and disembark wherever they prefer. Another option is to board the Cisne Negro, a floating space that travels through the waters of the Guaíba and travels through some islands in the region. The view is gorgeous.
