Good gastronomy and a refined atmosphere make the list of award-winning restaurants in São Paulo

Considered the "Bible" of world gastronomy, the award of the stars Michelin, has become the leading indicator of the best restaurants in the world. The idea for this award came in 1900, when André Michelin, the founder of Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin, decided to create a tourist guide for restaurants and hotels qualified by the public, in order to promote their car. The idea was a success, and today thousands of restaurants aim for the famous star.

THE Michelin is divided into four different guides to guide audiences in the best way, being Gourmand exclusive to French restaurants, Practical is a guide with information about cities, the Green, that differentiates tourism from cultural and architectural heritage and most importantly, the Red, which brings together excellent restaurants worldwide.

But nothing is very simple in the award, for restaurants to win the award, it is necessary to fit in some rules and the maximum number of stars that each one can receive is up to three, meaning that it has a luxury and very appetizing cuisine. .
