How to get to Vale dos Vinhedos

Vale dos Vinhedos is 122 km from Porto Alegre and 120 km from Gramado. The nearest airport is Salgado Filho International Airport, in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul. From there, you can go to Vale dos Vinhedos by car – rented, taxi, driver by app – or by bus – there are several departures from Porto Alegre Bus Station.

The road from Porto Alegre to Bento Gonçalves starts with the BR-116 to São Leopoldo, follows the RS-122 and RS-446 and ends in the RS-470, which connects the cities of Carlos Barbosa, Garibaldi and Bento Gonçalves, in the region of Valley of the Vineyards.

Another option for those coming from outside the state, Florianópolis International Airport – Hercílio Luz – is 526 km from Vale dos Vinhedos. The route starts on the BR-116, passing through Vacaria, in the north of Rio Grande do Sul, and through Caxias do Sul, in the mountain region. From Caxias to Bento Gonçalves there are 45 km, covered on the RS-453 and RS-444 highways, passing through Farroupilha.

Arriving in Bento Gonçalves or in the other cities that make up the region, the two main roads that make up the Vale dos Vinhedos — Estrada do Vinho (RS 444) and Via Trento (Linha Leopoldina) — are paved and have easy access. , concentrate the main attractions.
