THE Europe just got a new line of train that will make life easier for tourists who want to make the stretch London vs AmsterdamThe. The first trip made last Tuesday (20/Feb/2018) was made to publicize the new stretch for the press and tourism professionals. The route will officially open to travelers on April 4, with tickets starting at £35 (approximately R$140) and will last a total of 3h41 with previous stops in Brussels and Rotterdam.
For Eurostar Chief Executive Nicolas Petrovic, the opening of the new stretch represents a breakthrough for high-speed travel in Europe and marks a new era in the history of international rail expansion. “We are revolutionizing the links between the UK and three hot countries in Europe [Netherlands, France, Belgium]”
The trains will depart from London twice a day: 8:31 and 17:31. The journey from the Netherlands back to England will have a stop in Brussels, Belgium, where passengers will have to do immigration before heading to the UK.
Although travel only starts in April, tickets can now be purchased on the Eurostar website for a promotional price of £35.
