One of the high points for lovers of this modality in Brazil is the Mount Roraima, one of the oldest places on the planet with about 1.7 to 2 billion years. The gigantic Amazonian mountain is 2,734 meters high and is located in the extreme north of the country, on the border with Venezuela and Guyana. The hill is in the Monte Roraima National Park, an area of 116 thousand hectares. Most tourists who go to Mount Roraima are from Venezuela and Europe. Brazilians are no more than 10% of visitors.
