Latam and Gol will adhere to the use of masks on their flights starting next week
Based on safety recommendations as a result of the new coronavirus, the airlines Latam and Gol will adhere to the mandatory use of masks on their flights. The measures will take place as of next week, starting on May 10 for flights from Goal and from the 11th of May to the Latam.
Airlines will not make safety items available to passengers, who must wear their own masks. Employees of both companies already work using masks and gloves, in this case provided by the companies.
In addition to masks, airlines are also reinforcing in-flight care, monitoring distance during boarding to avoid crowds, suspending cabin services and increasing aircraft hygiene. Another recommendation for passengers is to check-in through the companies' website or app.
